Broadpay is a revolutionary mobile money app designed to transform the financial landscape in Zambia. Launched in 2023, Broadpay aims to provide a seamless and user-friendly platform for users to manage their finances, send and receive money, pay bills, and enjoy a range of financial services, all from the convenience of their mobile devices.
Zambia, like many developing economies, faced challenges in terms of financial accessibility, especially in remote areas. The lack of convenient and affordable financial services prompted the need for an innovative solution. Broadpay set out to address these challenges by creating a mobile money app that caters to the diverse financial needs of the Zambian population.

Conducted extensive market research to understand the financial landscape in Zambia, user preferences, and the challenges faced by the target audience. Created detailed user personas to represent the diverse demographic segments in Zambia, ensuring that the app meets the needs of a wide range of users. Developed wireframes and prototypes, incorporating feedback from potential users to refine the app's design and functionality. Adopted a clean and vibrant visual design that reflects the cultural context of Zambia. The color palette and graphics were chosen to resonate with the target audience.
